The design of the U.S. system of government was influenced by Judeo-Christian principles. The system (Constitution and Bill of Rights) enables “We the People” (top management) to work together towards “a more perfect Union.” The principles, methods, and tools of Quality Management provide time-tested strategies for improving processes and systems and determining when change results in improvement. All actions are accomplished through a process. A system is a collection of processes with a common aim, e.g., “a more perfect Union.”

Christian Perspective
In a Biblical context, God is love and love is willing the good of others. “Perfect” is described as all needs being met. When more needs are met, there is less harm to people due to unmet needs. Consequently, continual improvement in pursuit of perfection is a moral imperative for Christians.

- Crime. Take the example of crime: A Christian would embrace the belief that all crime should be continually reduced. A secular belief could include that crime is an acceptable, unfortunate, or normal part of life. A run chart would provide feedback on current mitigation strategies and help determine if a change is resulting in improvement.
- Suicide Rates. The importance of “operational definitions” is another tool in Quality. Did Brown County actually have the highest suicide rate in the state for the years 2018-2022?”
- Moral Imperative. Within the quality management profession, it is an accepted fact that the closer any product or service (such as crime reduction strategies) approaches the ideal or target (i.e., the more perfect it is), the higher the quality and the lower the cost to the customer and society. Originalist vs Living Document. In one respect, the Bible is similar to the Constitution in regard to interpretation and perceived relevance. One area of contention is the belief that these are living documents that should be updated to reflect the times, rather than accepting the original text and the understanding that guided their respective development.
The Nicene and Apostles Creed (see below) included statements of belief that are common among many Christian denominations.

Turning Point Event, Bloomington, IN. The Governor of Indiana opened an official Turning Point event on the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, on Oct 21, 2025. Governor Braun reiterated support for Charlie Kirk’s contributions, which reinforces the importance of Faith, Family, and Community. This focus, combined with freedom and opportunity, fiscal responsibility, and limited government, is identified as the classic battle and challenge of our times.
Lieutenant Governor Micah Beckwith’s church was among the first to join TPUSA Faith. The aim of TPU Faith is to unite the Church around the primary doctrine.
Nicene and Apostles Creed – Acceptance Across Denominations. The Nicene and Apostles’ Creed are recognized by a wide range of Christian denominations, including the Roman Catholic Church, the Eastern Orthodox Church, the Anglican Communion, and Major Protestant Churches (e.g., Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian).
